Kennedy wasn't sure what to say. It would definitely be awkward if she asked him to stay, since they didn't know each other and all. But at the same time, she knew she would look so stupid trying to dance by herself. Um... She glanced at him, hoping he would make the decision for her.

Caspian spread his arms slightly. "It's up to you." He said with a small smile. "If you want me to, I'll go. Or if you want me to stay, I will. Your choice." He wasn't going to force her into a decision but he didn't want to make it, and make the wrong choice to make her feel bad, or awkward.

Kennedy bit her lip, feeling like he might be getting annoyed of her, but she really didn't want to dance by herself. Um... Well- I don't... Want to be out here... All by myself... She stumbled for words, embarrassed yet hopeful.

Caspian let out a heavy annoyed sigh. "Fiiiiine. I'll stay." He smiled slightly, then gave a toothy grin. "Kidding! I'd be happy to stay." He smiled and started dancing around in the spot where he stood.

Kennedy smiled shyly, looking down at the ground with red cheeks. Finally she decided she needed to get over this shy thing, and say something. Im Kennedy by the way...

Caspian smiled at her and dramatically dipped his head in greeting. "Caspian, at your service." He bowed again, dramatically. When he stood back up straight he couldn't keep himself from laughing lightly. Still laughing he said, "It's nice to meet you." More casually now held out his hand for her to shake it.

Kennedy giggled softly at his silly introduction, looking down at the ground and shaking her head as if to say, "I can't believe you just did that." She looked back up as he offered her his hand, and she took it with a shy smile, shaking it softly then glancing back up to his eyes.

When her eyes met his, he instintly felt lost in the most beautiful and perfect place in the world. This lasted for no more than 5 seconds when he shook his head to clear his minds. He had never had that feeling before. What was that? He had never been in love or even liked anyone. He was always just a friend to everyone, especially girls. He had no idea all that was about to change. He cleared his throat and pulled his hand away from hers, forgetting the previous moments of shear confusion. "Um..." He tried to think of something to say, he was always good woth small talk. "So..." He cleared his throat again. "You like it here? At Bradford I mean?" Desperately, he ran through his mind thinking of other things he could talk about, and he almost missed her answer.

Kennedy instantly looked down, blood rising to her cheeks. Um, its okay I guess... I mean, I'm not that fond of vampires... She said softly, looking in different directions. She held her arm with her other hand by her elbow, a shy position she found herself in many times before. I mean... You aren't a vampire... Are you? She felt awkward asking this, but she wanted to make sure if he was then she wasn't offending him. Being an elementarian, she wasn't very fond of any of the other creatures there, but vampires beat them all on the scariness level.

Caspian stared at the ground. He had never been so embarassed to say he was a vampire. He'd come to love. He didn't know what these feelings were or why they suddently kept interfering with him and his thoughts, but he pushed it aside and looked back up at her. "Yeah, actually I am." He didn't know exactly what to do next, considering she just said she didn't like vampires. "Uhh...I'll just...go...then" He said looking away from her and turned to walk away, feeling more unsure of himself than he had ever felt in his life before.

Kennedy felt so embarrassed and ashamed as he turned around to leave. Usually, she would be happy she was left alone, but for some reason she felt a choking feeling in her throat and she couldn't let him walk away. No, wait! She said almost desperately, and she grabbed him by the wrist. When he turned around, she realized that they were much closer than a casual distance away from each other. She knew she should step back, but she couldn't bring herself to. He heart was racing and her breath was coming out shallow.

Caspian usual 24/7 smile was gone now. He was forced to turn around when she grabbed him by the wrist. He was inches away from. What did she want him to do? Kiss her? No thank you. "It's ok you don't have to feel sorry for me. I actually like being a vampire and since your not fond of vampires I'll just go." He finally broke the distane between them and truned once again to walk away and leave her alone, free of creepy, scary vampires.

Kennedy felt herself choking again. No wait! I don't mind vampires- I mean, I do- but... She felt out of breath, trying to chase something that was too fast for her. She couldn't believe she was doing this, she should have just let him go. She didn't even know he was a vampire. He was different. He was special.

Caspian almost stopped and turned around, but he took a few more steps with his head down as he scratched the back of his neck. Just keep walking. She doesn't want you around. He sighed deeply and placed his feet one in front of the other.

This was her last try. After this attempt, if he didn't stop, she would turn around. She would try to anyways. She swallowed hard, not wanting the only person who had ever really been nice to her, not because they wanted to get her drunk, or high, or into bed. Please... I don't like vampires... But you're different...
